She was the confident, bright eyed French major who joined the Adventure Mountain staff that summer. He was the McDreamy status high school camp worship leader who’d been around a few summers already. He could have had his pick of any of the fun and beautiful women who staffed camp that summer, but he couldn’t take his eyes off her. When they finally got around to talking, they couldn’t stop and over the past few years it’s turn them into THE power couple. He’s finishing seminary at Princeton soon, and she’s getting a double master’s degree in Boston…. and they’re getting married this summer!
Evan and Lauren are the two I’ve been hoping would ask me to photograph their wedding. Like for real, I’ve been sitting at home with my fingers and toes all crossed for at least a year now. But the day finally came earlier this year when I least expected it, and I’m pretty sure I looked like a complete doofus sitting across the table with my jaw dropped. I’m am smitten with these two to say the least and we had SO MUCH FUN on their engagement shoot! Here are my favorites from the evening….
