From our first conversation until your final album is delivered, my intention is that you feel seen, celebrated, and deeply cared for. Yes, the photographs matter, but you matter more.
For most people, planning a wedding is a completely new experience, filled with decisions and moving parts. But it’s my millionth time. I bring clarity, calm, and a steady presence to the process, so you can trust that everything meaningful is being captured while you fully enjoy your day.
“Kate was able to navigate all the curveballs (thunderstorms, location changes) thrown at us the day of our wedding. Her energy and attitude was such a blessing to be around and her team went above and beyond in every way to get us the BEST pictures. I would choose Kate over and over again.”

On your wedding day, I’m a balance of laid back and tactfully efficient.
I like to let things unfold organically, capturing the unscripted, in-between moments that often matter most. But when the timeline calls for direction, I know how to gracefully move a room.
Large groups don’t intimidate me. I’ll get down on the ground to connect with your flower girls so they feel excited for their moment. I’ll gently guide you when needed and step back when it matters most.
My team and I are meticulous about the details, from the design choices to the textures and atmosphere you’ve so thoughtfully created. Just as importantly, I want to know your people, your parents, your closest friends, and the relationships that make your day what it is, and photograph them all in the good light.
“Kate went above and beyond to make sure we got all the photos we wanted, and even spent extra time with us to make sure we got the perfect sunset shots. My husband even commented it was the easiest wedding photo experience he’d ever been a part of!”

Some weddings are more than a day — they’re an experience. Time spent together deepens connection. Shared moments become part of a larger story.
From the welcome dinner to the final farewell, I approach multi-day celebrations with the same level of care and intention — ensuring the full story is documented, not just a single day.
Capture your Celebration
The best way to feel comfortable in front of the camera on your wedding day is to do this first.
Engagement sessions are one of my favorite ways to get to know you — and to create something meaningful together in a place that feels personal to your story. They’re relaxed, creative, and often set the tone for everything that follows.
For many of my clients, this isn’t where our story ends.
They come back — year after year — as their families grow and new milestones unfold.
Documenting those seasons has become one of the greatest honors of my career.
“We knew it would be an added cost to fly her into Fort Worth for our wedding, but after looking at countless other photographers, it was clear that her value and skill could not be matched. She advocated for us to get the shots we wanted and our photos are a piece of art.”

I work closely with your planner and vendor team to create a timeline that feels natural — one that allows space for real moments while ensuring nothing important is missed.
There’s something special about a creative team working in sync. It elevates everything.
And it allows you to move through your day with ease, knowing you’re supported from every angle.
I deliver your digital images, always. But I believe your photographs deserve more than a life on a screen. They deserve to be held, revisited, and lived with. To exist somewhere beyond evolving technology and broken hard drives.
Whether through albums or artwork in your home, consider me the architect of that space. My job isn’t finished when the shutter clicks; it’s finished when your memories have somewhere permanent to live.
“I knew I could trust her to produce beautiful photos we will cherish for our lifetime. What I didn’t know was that I would walk away from our day with so much joy and gratitude that she was there, because she made our day better.”

“She truly has a way of not only capturing everyone at their best moments, but honing in on special photo worthy moments.”
I have attended and been in the bridal party at MANY weddings and Kate is far and away the BEST wedding photographer! It started SNOWING at my best friend’s outdoor wedding in JUNE and without breaking a sweat she switched up shots and locations and moved the process along so quickly so that everyone could be out of the cold.
— Louisa, Maid of Honor
“Kate made me feel like the bride I've always wanted to be.”
Kate is truly a gem. She photographed my engagement shoot and my wedding and the photos were everything I've ever dreamed of. She made us feel comfortable and really captured our day so beautifully. The photos make me weepy and it's clear she cared so deeply about capturing my memories. Cannot recommend her enough.

“We loved your creative eye, your quick ability to see a good shot, and your simple instructions you gave.”
You have this ability to walk into a place that you have never been to before and immediately see the best shots, and directly communicate with your clients on how to pose and make a perfect picture. It is pretty impressive! Honestly, I think all of my hopes were realized.

Each celebration is unique, so I tailor coverage for every wedding and event accordingly. Couples typically invest an average of $12,000 on their wedding photography. Contact me for a custom tailored proposal to fit your event like the white glove it deserves.
You’re bound to have a few questions when assembling your dream team of vendors. It’s always my goal to bring clarity and calm to your experience, so I’ve curated some common questions to answer for you.
Once your date is set with your planner and venue. Couples have booked over a year out for destination weddings, but weddings nowadays book anywhere from a year to a few months out.
Videography is not a service I offer, but I wholeheartedly recommend the talented teams at Villa Visuals, Ricky Meyers films, and Steven Dorn Films.
Yes. Every time. And depending on the scale of the event, I bring on additional team members as needed. All team members are thoroughly vetted, admired, and standalone photographers I would trust to take the helm if needed.
Absolutely. I’m accustomed to collaborating with planners, designers, florists, and production teams to maintain cohesion and a good flow throughout the day. Additionally, I’ve been privée to working with large photo teams for entertainment red carpet events that have many moving parts.
Typically, I curate 60-100 final images per hour of coverage.
Digital. However, attending fine art photography school where we shot and developed our own film, has developed (pun intended) a love of film I’ll probably never shake. Film can be shot alongside digital upon request.
Turnaround times for wedding galleries is 10 to 12 weeks, but usually sooner. I value delivering work that feels considered rather than rushed. However, I always enjoy putting together a select sneak peek gallery shortly after the event to showcase my favorite moments and details from the events. It’s just so special to receive those while the event feels fresh. If publication is being considered, sneak peek gallery delivery may vary depending on the publication requirements.
Meaningful moments, candid-feeling. Luminous but not overexposed. Editorial in frame, with artistic embellishments to add some whimsey. Colors like you remember them, and classic black and whites to anchor the enduring moments within the story.
Yes, for the work behind the scenes, but never to fabricate the images themselves. I’ve spent years training my editing workflow to reflect my artistic eye. Every photo I deliver was made with a camera in a moment that actually happened, and curated and finessed by me in post-production. I believe AI should be used to polish, not create. That’s a line I won’t cross.
It’s one of the only days in your life when everyone you love is in the same place — all there to celebrate something deeply meaningful. I don’t take that lightly.
If you’re planning a celebration that feels intentional, personal, and worth remembering for a lifetime, I would love to be part of it.
