Winnipeg & A Sneak Peek

Traveling is always slightly exhausting for me, especially traveling to somewhere completely new. I think, in my head, I forget that not every place is the same as where I live. Languages are different, laws are different, customs and etiquette is different…. all things I never think about until I’m there. But I love it…. it makes me feel alive… like I’m on an adventure. Sometimes, it takes situations that slap you in the face with “newness” to realize how great and beautifully different our world is.

I’m currently experiencing the newness of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. I’ve observed and experienced so many new things in just the 15 hours I’ve been here…. trying to absorb all I can without going into brain overload. So far, I love the newness of Canada and it’s been so surreal hanging out with people I haven’t seen since my YWAM adventure in Germany.

Today, I hope you have the opportunity to experience something new, someone new, or someplace new… stretch your comfort zones, take some risks, and get a little messy for the sake of an adventurous story. It’s awesome. It makes life beautiful. I dare you…
