I never considered myself “fashionable”. I was a jock-ette in high school… which meant I always had a game or a swim meet and had to wear team shirts and sweats etc. After high school, I worked at an Aquatics Center where I constantly had to battle wet hair and smelling like a pool. Then, I was a missionary… and I had no money to worry about fashion. Now I’m a wedding photographer and I decided it would probably be a good idea to look a little more dressed up and presentable at weddings since everyone else is in dresses and heels.
I LOVE heels. I wish I was cool enough to have heels like Holly does…. and I wish I was better at wearing them (it takes practice!)… haha. But in my determination to look nice for weddings while not killing my feet, I found a sweet pair of flats. While deciding whether or not to get them, I texted a few friends a picture of them on my feet and asked their opinion. Holly loved them so much she featured them on her blog!!! So even though she mainly focuses on uber cute heels, today changed it up a bit to feature me! I’m honored…. and a little flattered that someone as cool as her thinks I’m fashionable. 🙂 Check her blog, Holly in Heels, out and leave her some love! I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!
